The company, being a wonderful benchmark , caring, understanding and concerned entity, has just put out an Extraordinary bonus. This bonus is for quote "recognition of your dedication and continued perseverance" unquote. Somewhat baffeled here as it is uncertain whether this is pertaining too, putting up with BWoS management or the shootings and bombings. As one would think anyone that has been here through the murder of a company person and the blowing up of the compounds would be entitled to this bonus. BUT not so. In actual fact you must be here until December and not have resigned. Must have been a typo and they should have titled it a retention bonus. Something similiar to what the defence forces so succesfully used to stop the outflow of all those malcontents.
Ahh once again management have scored a resounding bullseye for job justification.

So, BAE are giving a bonus (whatever it may be know as) to those people who stay on, working under difficult circumstances, to help prevent BAE having a manning shortfall.

So just what is wrong with that, then? Sounds a damn sight better than NO bonus (whatever it may be know as) to those people who stay on, working under difficult circumstances, to help...................blah blah

Maybe they might consider giving an Extraordinary bonus to BWoS shareholders who continue to hold their shares through the next market price crash brought about by the incompetance of management

Not sure why we need a new thread for this subject as it is could be confusing BAE employees in UK who are probably getting excited about a bonus that they will not be receiving.
Much better if " More Fun & Games in the Magic Kingdom " thread had been used as this is the one that most of us are following.
