A question for all you ex-mil or job-seeking mil pilots. I'm nearing the end of a frontline tour and soon to be headed for CFS (prop). What I'd like to know is, how does the civilian job market 'rate' these light aircraft hours? Do they look at your total accumulated hours (on all types) or are they purely interested in the multi-jet hours?
