Goodday, I just started the body-for-life 12 week body transformation program from a book written by bill philips. I would like to hear from pilots who have done this program.

I have to prepare 6 meals a day, which is hard when I do a 12 hour tour of duty and then gym every day.

Already I have noticed reduced lethargy during the day and I am more sleep at night.

Anyway, 11 and a half weeks more shouldn't be too difficult.
