Monarch seasonal contracts

Hey folks!

Got a friend who works for Monarch at their seasonal base at Edinburgh and basically she wants to know what the chances of going to Gatwick in the winter or is this base pretty much full regarding staff for it winter programme.

Can anyone help me wiht this? Even maybe if you are on your second season as a temp at LGW what are your chances of being kept on during the winetr?

aye, nobody replying to you mate...

my ex room mate was kept on last season at LGW. he had one or two excellent performance reviews and worked hard. it was deserved. not his first flying job. i believe only 5 were kept on.

monarch were my first airline many moons ago at GLA and out of 16 4 were kept on...although not i !
