Anybody here who can tell me how I can buy a good B747-400 study guide?
Any information welcome!
Thank you very much in advance!

Hi B747sailor,

At the moment, most of my study (for a 744 recruitment check-ride) is using a 744 PC Sim called Precision Simulator 1.
Check it out here www.aerowinx.com (http://www.aerowinx.com)
Pretty expensive, but I feel it's worth the money. After all, this is a jet job we're talking about...
It's a near perfect replica of all EFIS and cockpit systems. The manual is about 350 pages long and quite detailed, lots of good info.

The only other thing I've found is an online aviation bookstore, but unfortunately I lost the URL when my machine went down recently. Search the Net for a little while, you should come up with something.

Lastly, try sending a E to boeing about it (and check their site), they might send back some detailed info. It's worth a try...

Cheers,
