Just to let u know that u are appreciated! Me and 11 of my friends came back from TFS on BY443B to Luton on Tuesday 8th July and were very impressed with the service we got on board. Thanks britannia!. Special mention goes to the male purser (i think), the one who made the PA announcements, he made the flight quite enjoyable through his comments. So if your're out there.....................thanks:ok:
