Jet a/c performance

Can anybody guid me to a site explaining the performance of jet aircraft (balanced field, first,second segment........)

I,ve been looking for such a manual.One of the 'main' reference is 'Flying the Wing'1990
Lufthansa had a good book,but I've lost contact with their distributer.The trouble is that no one has produced a reference covering JAA criteria,as well as the FAA rules(covered by CFAR 14).The only difference's(countries) reference was covered by the" Training Aid",put out with the BOEING(FAA sponsored)GO/NO GO,binder on the Total Acc/stop scenario.
