If Wannabes want to work for a large (in comparison to the corner shop) company that:
1. Reinvents the wheel everytime there is a change in 'Command'
2. Fears change and viewpoints from 'other' people.
3. Specialises in Crisis Management, but forgets to use the process during a Crisis.
4. Is at the political will of our vote-chasing leader (it is a democracy after all)
5. Still accomodates it's prized assets, it's people (IIP), in tents that are over 30yrs old
