New airline operates out of Edinburgh?

Just read an article this afternoon in the Times newspaper, which I have also just double checked on their website about a new airline, that has been created, as a result of Maesrk, one of B.A's franchises, spliting its operations.( Something along those lines).
The new airline called Duo Airways will serve a number of airports in the U.K inc Edinburgh with new routes to Geneva, Milan, Oslo, and Zurich. Operations to start in Oct.
