Hi all,

I'd like to know if anyone can offer some info/advice on the success of Canadian pilots working abroad. I'm interested in VFR work in Mexico/central America or Australia/NZ.

I fly lights and AS350's with about 2700 TT.
I'd like to know about licensing requirements and immigration details etc. If anyone has some experience with this please tell me about it.

Thanks. :ok:

The military has always been the largest source, by far, of helicopter pilots worldwide, & this isn't going to change soon.

as far as the rules go for New Zealand, www.caa.govt.nz .now about the work i couldnt tell you. we are a small country but slowly growing. a search of the New Zealand yellow pages www.yellowpages.co.nz will give you the companies, you could try a letter to them all as i havent found many jobs advertised here. good luck.
