The Professional Helicopter Pilots Association (http://www.autorotate.org) will hold its first PHPA Convention in New Orleans, LA, 19-21 September 2003.
This historic convention will be the perfect opportunity to join together in our effort to make our profession a better, safer and more productive one for all involved. This first PHPA Convention will provide many opportunities ranging from education to employment. PHPA will be offering the ATP Helicopter written exam course, a jobs fair, discussion seminars on a number topics of great importance to our profession, several presentations by the FAA addressing helicopter safety. A number of helicopter manufacturers will also be making presentations.
PHPA will also be hosting the International Federation of Airline Pilot Association (http://www.ifalpa.org) Helicopter Meeting 22-24 September which will bring helicopter pilots from around the world together to discuss many matters which affect our profession globally.
