I'm an Anatomy Student and i'm embarking on a research project looking at human performance in a flight sim. Does anyone know of research has been done in this area before and if so where and how i could get any information on it??

I was wanting to look at stress levels of different experience levels of pilots in differing situations. Maybe comparing stress levels of rotary and fixed wing pilots in the tilt-rotor!! So just wondering if anyone knows anything??

Cheers

Hi Tigg

The US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory has done a lot of work on aspects of simulators. The majority of the technical reports are available at:
