expecting dry basing in Middle East July onwards - however my employer is sympathetic and will provide ticket and hotel in DXB for days off - recommendations on hotels please ..........;)

regency hotel is ok and has a good bar, Rockbottom.
As i sit here suffering from a bad hangover, I find that i have to ask "is there such a thing as a dry part of the ME?".......

Yes Mutt, this location is very dry - I've been there and "investigated".

Ever heard of the "Blue Flame"?
magus use your imagination, get some near beer or grape juice combined with yeast, sugar and water.... say the magic words and hey presto you end up with some stuff that will give you a hangover...............
