I started preparing for my direct entry S/O interview by readind "Handling the big jets" and "Preparing for your Cathay Pacific interview". It also mentions in the second one that some of the questions come from performance A and ICAO operations and general Airmanship.
Does anyone know how can I get my hand on those two books?
As a U.S ATP holder I did not have to go thru those.
Any help will be appreciated.
