Hi Gang;
Went to the spiffing concert at the weekend.... got wet too!!! to all those who attended, what did you think of the flying (!) displays.
For my thoughts, the Tin-Can-O and the F3 were OK, flypast from the VC10 was unexpected, the Nimrod did a S&L predictable during the playing of ...Nimrod and the Stealth Alberts were conspicuous only by their formation lights in the (almost) pitch darkness.
Her Ladyship (normally indoors) had a bleat that the 'Home of the Albert' should have provided a better 'home' display.......
And whose idea was it to put the static aircraft outside Plod flight. Had to go out of the ticket booths to go stand in the queue.
Cracking concert and decent fireworks though...
