Hi Guys;

Could anyone shed anylight on what its like to fly for BP. I believe they're looking for 767 pilots so would like any info on things like routes, time away from base, roster patterns, morale etc. I tried the search function and saw mention of something to do with excessive FTL's, any truth?

Cheers chaps.

If you like the role of a protagonist in a horror story join BP (could stand for Bloody Panorama).Even the Chief Pilot is jumping the ship...

Excessive FTL's, lousy accomodation down route, little or no engineering cover at outstations, low pay, rostering at last minute to avert disaster and only a few destinations. Need I say more?

On the plus side, a really nice bunch of guys and girls on the flightdeck and in the cabin to work with. "El Presidente" to be avoided whenever possible but does like to meet everyone that works for him, so can be difficult.

Go there in desperation but they will use you and abuse you so why not do the same to them as many have done before now.

Is it the same on the 737 or only on the 767?

Are pilots paid on time and as agreed?

Tks for any reply
