Again, respected colleagues!
Pilot of Yugoslav Air Forces, major Emir Sisic is sentenced to life prison on trial in Italy for eliminating EU helicopter on 07 January 1992.
The trial lasted 7 days, sentence was delivered after 10 minutes of councelling....
Major Sisic, as interceptor, obeyed the order issued by relevant instance of Air Defence System and he was found guilty...
Again, I would like to see your opininions about this, maybe this is just a beginning...
