For those who knew Bill.
Guilhermino "Bill" Silva, ex-Mozambique Airlines, Air Tanzania, Gulf Air (B737s & B767s) and Singapore Airlines (B747s) "left us" TUE/13MAY/1420Z after a 17 month battle with lung cancer. He lately lived just outside Lisbon, Portugal.

I am very sad to learn of Bill's passing. I flew with him at GF and I have fond memories of the man's sweet personnality. I saw him last in 1997 in DXB, where he had a long conversation.

God bless him. He was a really nice guy to fly with. We flew together late year 2000... Had a good time!
