hi everyone,

I have an inquiry and I hope that you can help me out.

I am thinking to apply for a civil pilot, and I am suffering amblyopia

L: 6/15 without correction and 6/9 with correction +350 , and astigastism

R: 6/6 with or without correction

I wonder if I am still ok for the CAD class I and II license. Also, I have came across with a web site called NeuroVision. www. lazy-eye.com. which claimed have a treatment for amblypoia. Does anyone has any comment on that?? Has anyone undergo that treatment before? Pls give me some advice

Also, Can anyone recommend any good reputation and cheap flying school in australi? I have narrowed the option to either BAE, Baisar, and TSVA.

Actually, I am still back and forth in deciding which course I should take, CPL or PPL. If I take PPL, it might increase my chance to be selected for cadet program. But, it doesnt seem to help me anything if I get rejected. In the case of CPL, I need to take more intensive course, like IR CIR etc and accumulate some flying time before I am qualified for direct entry to SO. Can you all also give me some advice.?

Thanks

Kelvin

Hi Kelvin in terms of your flying school question, you might get a response to that one by posting in the D&G General Aviation forum.
