Leaving aside all the other arguements on the Martin burglar issue, and concentrating on the latest pronouncement from one of the judiciary,

Martin must stay in jail because he might kill a burglar if he is released.

It has escaped the notice of said judge that in jail he is in an excellent position to find burglars to kill.

However anticipating the next logical step, i expect the decision will be made to release all burglars in Martin's jail because they might otherwise be killed by him.

Question;

Where do judges go to school, and who let them out?

That was not the issue the judge had to decide, and it is not what the judge said.
No time to expand at the moment - perhaps one of the other lawyers here will explain the 'judicial review' process.
