While aircraft are flying half empty and flights are being cancelled perhaps QF should make it a lot easier for those Frequent Flyers with heaps of points to go fly somewhere.
After all, the points are a liability on their balance sheet (or they should be) and remain so until used or expired (or go bust like Ansett).
Half points to London, quarter points to Singapore and Hong Kong? What about it Mr Dixon?
