How long is valid a frozen JAR ATP.
what do u do if you don't meet the experience
for an ATP and your license is expired?
somebody told me 6 years?

The (JAA) CPL is valid for 5 years.The IR is valid for 12 months. If you let your IR lapse for 7 years then you have to do the ATPL's again.
If anyone knows this to be wrong then please post after this message.

Hi Ronchonner,

Base Leg is correct. It's simple under JAR. Keep your IR valid and your frozen ATPL stays valid. Only if you let your IR lapse for seven years do you lose the frozen ATPL and have to resit the theory exams.

Guess that this is the answer that you didn't want as there's not much scope for an anti-JAA rant, is there Ronch old pal ;) ;) ;)
