At last after 30 years of division, progress is being made, you can now freely cross the border to the occupied Northern Cyprus.

What a shame the news over here (UK) overlooks this historic event.

Good luck to the Islanders.

Hello Mr newswatcher, biased me??

Yeah sure its been in newspapers but not on normal TV news, nothing but Iraq.

Cyprus, as said before is and was Greek, the Turks were only invaders, before u start going on about Enosis and all that, just remember the old map of Greece and how Turkey was Asia Minor, a province of Greece, Agios Sophia (head of the Greek church)is in Constantinopolos, (now Istanbul) why's that then??.

Thats the point mate.

Now is a different world, what with the US controlling it and its oil interests, Turkey is a pawn for the US so it's gotta be this way now.
