Received this via e-mail today. 4 alarm bells ringing.

1. Request to send money before notice issued
2. Monies to be paid to a named individual as opposed to organisation
3. No one in my Iraqi contact list has heard of the bloke or the organisation, but, they do tell me it's the same name as an arab folk hero....
4. Why is this being spam-mailed?

Of course its a scam, we all know the American company Bechtel is the only company involved in the re bulding of Iraq. Anyone who saw the cruise missiles going in towing the banner "Bechtel building a better Iraq" knows this

Obvious scam. The account name is wrong; it shouldn't be D.MARTIN, it should have read D.RUMSFELD.
