IOT fam visit info

I was just wondering what happens during the two days at Cranwell for the IOT familiarisation visit. Any info would be great.

The itinerary may have changed since 1999, but here goes:

- Pick up some pieces of uniform, including combat boots.
- Visit gym, briefed by PT staff on personal training regime between fam visit and starting IOT.
- 1st Streaming run, administered by PT staff (1.5 miles around sports pitches, must improve time on 2nd run on day 1 of IOT).
- Look around the blocks (accommodation for 1st 8 weeks).
- Brief by RAF Regt training staff on 1st day admin, and top tips on what to bring to IOT.

Just out of interest, and in the same vein as the question above, does anyone know about the week-long IOT visit/introductory thingy run for the pre-UAS studes? I'm on one in September, you see...
