Can an FAA CFI with its certificate validated as a private ticket in a JAA country instruct, without receiving revenue, in an aircraft registered in that JAA country as long as the student is not sent solo? What are the requirements for an FAA instructor in a JAA country to commercially instruct, and send students solo, for the purpose of getting the student to receive an FAA rating?

In the FAA world you can log PCI time as a student as long as you are rated in the aircraft and is the sole manipulator of the controls. The purpose of the flight must also be to instruct.

In the JAA world that is refered to as SPIC, student pilot in command. Does that sort of time logged count as the pilot in command time needed to meet the minimum requirements for a JAA certificate?
