Is this open to Citizens of Brunei only or can a Permanent Resident apply?
Anyone in the know please enlighten me.

Thanks for the link but i've already done that a few years ago. It's just that I was wondering if they would even consider a PR in any case, as far as I know, some companies in Brunei do.
