I've been a stick and tissue model airplane builder all my life, and I subscribe to most of the magazines published on the subject. The US Academy of Model Aeronautic published an article on an aircraft I had never heard of, The Cooper-Travers "Hawk".

A most interesting one-off design. The tailplane had a +5 degree incidence built into it. It crashed on 14 Feb. 1924, killing LCOL Jim Travers.
