I have been Ppruning now for around 4 months, generally reading rather than posting. It is clear even to me that Pprune's history is littered with what people regard as classic posts. Posts which capture the imagination and generate hundreds of replies. Old hands perhaps you could give your views on the classic posts which newbies like myself should make required reading.
