Does anyone know of a good place to build hours? Any advise for a low time pilot with SE&ME and Instrument rating?

I'm from Costa Rica and willing to go anywhere to get some hours..

If you are a Tico, there is no place like home. Most Central American countries are pretty restrictive to foreigners (all the CA-4 stuff aside, it comes down to DGAC saying you have to be a citizen of that country). Nicaragua's aviation is bad, with ex-jet people happy to occupy a seat (right or left) on a Caravan, Guatemala, Panama and El Salvador have many pilots, Honduras-- don't know, Belize hires foreigners however many of the world's pilots want to work there, and it isn't exactly territory for "low time" pilots. Hang out Tobias Bolaņos airport and make friends with the pilots there. Don't forget to try to befriend some LACSA people too. William Amerych is the CP there at "El Coco."

Como no tengas enchufe los llevas muy mal.
Si vives alli sabras la situacion y mucho me temo como dice Panama es igual en el resto de Centro America los sitios ( pero recuerda que en CR es igual)
