The extension to 01/19 at NZRO hardly had time to settle before this little lady decided to drop byhttp://www.bne.com.au/corp/content_images/virgin.jpg
It must have came in empty, as only the crew were seen to depart (probably to the Grumpy Mole). A friend in the local council was very coy when asked about the relevance of this, stating only that the Mayor, Graham Hall, had been seeking to develop links with an operator able to do trans-Tasman work, bringing tourists to Rotovegas. Rumour is the council owned airport is worried by the threat of a Bay of Plenty regional airport, and will offer VB free access and handling as a mighty big carrot.
