Does anyone have info on Eastern Airways interviewing procedure and general working conditions?

Probably in a couple of months unless you're Captain material; 2500 hrs etc. Just curious about interviewing procedures, as no two airlines are the same, and what their working conditions were like? Do you know anybody who knows?
