Who else has heard the whispers of drivers doing more back of the clock flying with a handfull of dedicated classic freighters? Has management given anyone any signs of when this will start?

If they are dedicated freighters why would they have to be back of clock?!?

Generally around the world, not just Australia freight is collected off businesses at the END of a working day to be delivered to where ever the next day, hence the 'night freight' system. Rarely is there a huge amount of 'regular' freight that has to be transported during the day. Thats why companies such as Pel Air, AAE, Horizon, Mayne conduct the transportation of their cargo in the middle of the night.

T53C To answer your questions: I've heard both back and front of the clock and soon.

Are these 737 "classic" freighters? Or some other type?
