just a stupid question

Sorry guys foer this question most of you will find stupid!!

But i am wondering if among the recent pilots hired by CX, some of them are coming from general aviation (CFI for example) with no turbopoprop experience.

I just need some clarifications to know if low timers have a chance to pass the CX selection process in the hard days we are leaving for a few months.....

Secondly, from the information kindly passed on from new-hirees it seems that around 2.500tt and T-prop/FMS experience and multicrew time seems to be competitive credentials as a bare minimum.
