Airport or Airfield?

Try Furnace Creek(L06), Death Valley. -210 feet, -64m.

There is also IMP imperial in southern cal. If i remember correctly it's sitting at -50 feet. I was flying in and out in a Beech 1900 with temps above 100 deg, makes an interesting performance problem. (Above max ops temp for the plane, no charts available for - altitudes, ...)

Howabout Leadville(LXV), Colorado at 9,927 feet above sea-level.

Needs a lift to get as high as Bangda(BPX), Tibet at 14,219 feet!
