Greeting fellow Ppruners........

Perhaps you could answer a few of my questions regarding south american airlines in general.

-Do south american airlines(varig/TAM/ect) recruit expats? Not just pilots, but ground staff and managers?

-Do these airlines pay well?

-Are you required to be fluent/speak spanish? (or any other language)

-What are the living conditions/packages OK?

-What are the benefits like?

-Does anyone recommend/know of a site where I can search for airline positions in south america?

Any info would be appreciated...........
