Bmi Baby - Howz life with you guys?

Ive heard recently that Bmi Baby is starting to recruit at EMA, does anybody know what the situation is with the previously redundant guys returning and how many pilots they need?

Also could anyone from Bmi Baby itself comment on the lifestyle and the morale etc.?
