Bit of a reversal in trends, with Britannia dropping to 5th in the league table last Summer, and JMC on top.

JMC more than halved their average delay from 33.5 minutes to 12.7 minutes, and the proportion 1 hour late or more dropped from 15.4% to 4.2%. Pretty impressive.

Well done to JMC's scheduling dept. Just shows what can happen by adding 30-45 mins onto the block time. Obviously can absorb any delays that can be encountered.
