Mail Post out of theChannel Islands...

In view of the mail contract out of Jersey being re-newed resantly for the operation of the Shorts to LGW, and Channel Express operating the GCI-LGW, there has been "roumers" of the Channel Island contract for Mail being operated by a
BAe 146 QC.
Can anybody confurm or denie this maybe taking place, in the not to distant future...?:confused:

This all ties in with the UK Mail contracts being overhauled to save money with the reversion to road transport to a central collecting airfield ... EMA? and then the mail being loaded onto pallet configured aircraft and distributed around Europe
