faa report (http://www1.faa.gov/avr/aai/J_0219_N.txt)

It doesnt say who operated it, but the tail # is 407HH so its probably houston helicopters, it was over the weekend but wasn't posted until yesterday. The pilot and a passenger didnt make it out, the coast guard picked up the other 2 passengers and I think they are alright. Sorry I dont have any more info.

There were 5 on board, 3 made it and the pilot and one passenger, sadly, did not. Sea temperature was around 69 degrees F. The floats were not inflated. Pilot issued a mayday before the accident. It was a Bell 407 operated by Houston Helicopters. The accident occurred over the weekend.
