MAS and Air Asia - Anti Poaching

Seems like the ministry of transport has come up with a directive that MAS cannot take in Air Asia Pilots as Air Asia cannot affort to lose it's crew (definitely right) This could only have come from the prompting of Air Asia management. Hmm, could they finally REALLY realise the value of their flight crew? Maybe they should stop throwing their weight around with them from now.

Soon the Air Asia Pilots can leave at will as and when they have no A/c to fly. Last was that planned AOR flts are cancelled probably due to ac maintainance problem.Money in their kitty is draining fast and no Fat Cat to back them up.
