I found 2 different sets available one from Pooleys "Key Facts and Handling Questions" and "KeyFacts for JAA ATPL " from Stuart E. Smith.

Are these books basically similar and what are your personal experiences with these books. I am thinking about supplementing my ATPL manuals with eiher of these products.

Also does anyone know of a website that might have any pics or other info on the page layout and content of these books. Anything in US that would provide me a comparison as to what these books are all about?

Cheers

Hi,

I've got Keynotes for Pilots (vol 1) by Stuart and I really like it! The book does not give you any information on the relevant subjects, but it will point out to you what Stuart thinks that you should put emphasis on.

When you are covering big subjects it can often be hard to spot what to learn and what you can dismiss. What I did was to read the subject and then I read the Keynotes. If there was something in the keynotes I was not familiar with, I knew what to study harder.

Good luck!
