Pop up windows ARRRGGGGGHHH!

Can someone help me? How can I stop pop ups appearing while using PPRUNE network?

As my computer is not the quickest, but Pop ups are really starting to drive me mad.

Thanks everyone. Found a freeware called Popup Killer. Works well. I found out it is something installed in the background
