A Mrs Heaysman of Crawley wondered why she was getting continuous phone calls enquiring about "lost luggage".
It turns out that her number has been printed erroneously in an easyJet brochure!
The call started at a time when her ailing husband was taken to hospital and subsequently died.
easyJet's response? An apology and a promise of two free tickets.
That should do it!
