I've noticed in Windy's Oz Jobs lately there has been an advertisement for airline pre-employment testing and interview skills by the mob Fortress Aviation Consultants. Has anyone had any dealings with them? What is the course like? Worth it?

Thanks in anticipation,
SP

SP, if you do a search, a while back there was some debate about the course. I have done it and i'm glad i did, it taught me a few things. It does a good job of highlighting what areas you need to work on with answering questions. You don't want to take his (or anyones) answers and regurgitate them though, just use as an opportunity to learn how to structure your OWN answers and not bury yourself.

Good Luck

Don't know about the current course, but a few years ago I came across a set of course notes from that company that a colleague of mine attended.

They appeared to be largely plagiarised from a publication that I own called "Airline Pilot Interviews" by Irv Jasinski.

Save your money, buy the book.

Good luck!
