The Vietnam Veterans Museum located at Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia (see http://www.vietnamvetsmuseum.org/ ) needs a UH-1 for static display. Email Mike Custance <[email protected]> with help or advice.

There are plenty in Vietnam itself I know of, mostly in the township of Saigon and in the bush as well, just a matter of trying to bargin one then shiping it, mabe that is all to hard to do in that part of the world?
I have never looked into it but I know there are plenty of other nice warbirds there as well, like A-1 Skyraider(in good condition), F5Es, A-37 Dragonflys is to name a few.

If only I had the money!

Fury,
Thanks for the tip. We've got friends in VN and our consulates there but no money to purchase or transport. We are relocating the museum to a hangar on the Phillip Island strip YPID and we're flat out now raising the $100K needed to do that.
