Doing some research on subj.
Could you share some info what kind of cargo reservation systems (for scheduled services) operators (I mean all-cargo operators or at least maindeck capacity operators) are using? Especially interested with companies of Channex/MNG/AFX/etc AND SMALLER size - situation with big guys and mega $ systems is quite clear :)

A number of options are out there - most claim they are all singing(many out of tune) and dancing (2 left feet). Depends what you want. At least one you mention uses an Excel spreadsheet or manual booking sheets.

Res is only part of it. Do you want to control AWB stock, Sales info, res, cargo compatability, automatic IATA IMP formatted messages, internet track n trace, revenue accounting, proration and accounts with multisite capability. If so (and a system is not worth its salt if it can't do all that) the choice is more limited but there are options under $30K which require no more than a PC.

Oh, and by the way, you need the patience of a saint to sort out the rubbish.

Good luck
