ARC Cessna 300 radio question - VFR or IFR?

Can anyone tell me how I can find out which ARC Cessna 300 radios are now TSO'd for IFR use? I understand that some of the earlier Cessna 300 nav/comms from the mid-70's no longer satisfy IFR requirements.

Dale got it in one and I'd be surprised if any of them are now TSO'ed.
The 400 series was I think.

There is plenty of modern stuff that isn't all that expensive and much more reliable and capable if your are going lurking in IMC.
