Hi all,
Anybody know of any instructor jobs in Jandakot for a new Grade 3, or anywhere for that matter.
All help is greatly appreciated.

Air Australia is advertising for G3 instructors. Try and get confidential informed advice from others who have worked there though.

I obviously failed to articulate what I meant to say. ie, Try and get info via pvt messages rather than run the risk of the thread being used by those perhaps with an axe to grind.

I never in three years of instucting heard of anyone wanting to grind axes! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Getting a job as a grade 3 is trying to say the least, but stick in there you will find one. It's worth it.
As far as axe grinding goes, too much of that bull **** goes on in aviation and we as proffessionals must try and distance ourselfs from it and not get involved with it. Just consentrate on you own flying and conduct and not that of others.

pa28capt, send resume's, make phone calls, do some research and make something happen, get to know people and don't annoy them too much, but don't start a post on pprune asking "where do i find an instructing job?"
if you want a job, go and do the hard yards and get yourself known!!!, like the other thousands of people like yourself looking for their first job;) ;)

Not looking for instructors at the moment, but if I was I'd be interested in things like previous experience in customer service and/or teaching, and where you did your instructor rating. There are some places that teach people how to pass a flight test, and some that teach you how to be an employable flying instructor. If you went to one of the former, you will need some real good skills in customer service and teaching to make up for it.
