Most of you know how slightly annoying I am regarding the Chinook crash on the Mull of Kintyre 2 June 1994.
I've been wondering.....
Is anyone able to tell me what rules there are regarding the apportioning of blame towards deceased aircrew in other NATO Air Forces?
If such rules exist, do you know whether they were in force in 1994? Have any such rules changed since 1994?
Don't want much do I??
